DMCA Policy
StFerris.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website and services that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on StFerris.com infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice containing all of the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (for example, the title of the game and a link to the original version if available).
- Identification of the material on StFerris.com you claim is infringing — specifically, the URL(s) of the page(s) on our site where the content appears.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.

2. Where to Send the Notice

Please email the notice as a PDF or in the body of the email. We respond to most DMCA notices within 3 business days.
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe content you posted was removed from StFerris.com as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice to our copyright agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which StFerris may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
4. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to terminate the access privileges of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
5. False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Don't make false claims.
6. Our Approach
StFerris.com aggregates and hosts mini games in good faith, often through publisher distribution programs or with explicit permission. If a game on our site was licensed from a third-party distribution platform but you are the original rights holder and have not authorized that distribution, we want to know. We will:
- Remove the content promptly upon receiving a valid DMCA notice.
- Work with you to resolve the situation respectfully.
- Pass along information about the source of the content so you can address the issue upstream if you choose.
